• Question: Does Vitamin C do different things to your brain then vitamin D, or do they affect the body?

      It’s very difficult to distinguish between affect on the brain and affects on the body because they are so well integrated. If something goes wrong in the body, it affects the brain because the body sustains the brain. However vitamin C and vitamin D are not so important in directly affecting brain function as vitamin A (my favourite). Vitamin C is very important in bone deposition, and vitamin D has similar effects.
