      hi cha1!
great question!! the answer is though very dependent on lots of numbers, but i thought i would give it a try anyway.
For a 1kg spacecraft (one of these tiny cubesat spacecraft out thrusters are designed for), the acceleration from the engine would be about 10 to the power -4 metres per second squared! So thats 0.0001 metres per second squared. So after one hour it would be going at a speed of about 0.36 metres/second, which is equal to 0.8 miles per hour!!! Very, VERY slow! To reach 60mph would take i think about 3 days!! this compares to your family car, which would get to 60mph in about 20 seconds!
