• Question: if cows didn't exist, would there be as much natural disasters? :P

      Hi Ellie,
      I suppose this is a bit like the “butterfly effect” where one small change can alter something much larger. No, I don’t think there would be less natural disasters if there were no cows. I don’t think the two are that closely related.
      On the otherhand, I know that cows do produce a huge amount of methane, which contributes towards climate change. This is in turm could change the amount of hurricanes, bad storms, etc, that we see.
      It’s an interesting question!
