I’m not sure that eating pizza 7 days in a row would immediately affect your brain (Im reasonably sure I’ve done that before and survived!) But a bad diet over a long period of time (say for instance if you ate only pizza for a few consecutive years) would have really bad consequences for your brain. Firstly you would become deificient in several vitamins your neurons (brain cells) need to function, and secondly your neurons needs other nutrients such as zinc, sodium, calcium, and potassium to send messages around your brain. Another consequence of bad diet for your brain is something called fatty deposits. These build up in the blood vessels of your brain and can cause strokes and other problems.

So I guess the moral of that story is, eat your greens!
