      Hi Jessicabx

In fact it wasn’t really any one person. I started working on blindness just over ten years ago, having previously worked on cancer. I think I just fancied a change of direction and some new challenges, and an opportunity came up at the Institute of Ophthalmology (the scientific name for the study of the eye). I applied and got the job, and I’ve loved every minute of it.
